Location: Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway, TX
Schedule: 7 on / 14 off | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights:

· Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (7 PM – 7 AM)

· Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment

· Work autonomously alongside a well-established team

· Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred

· Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability

· Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program
• EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -

 Physician Assistants (PA)

 ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.

 Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
