VitalJobs.ICU was founded by an ICU Nurse Practitioner who experienced firsthand the frustration of searching for critical care positions on generic job boards. After spending countless hours sifting through irrelevant listings and duplicate postings, the vision for a specialized job board built around the ICU was born.
I built this platform from the ground up to meet the expectations of ICU professionals.
The ICU is our home, but critical care doesn't stop at the unit doors. The same advanced skills that make someone exceptional in the ICU are in demand across acute care settings.
